SAFEHAVEN MARINE AWARDED CONTRACT FOR NEW PORT OF SETUBAL PILOT BOAT

Safehaven Marine are delighted to have been awarded the contract by the Port of Setubal in Portugal, to supply their new pilot boat. This will be the 2nd pilot boat we have built for the Port following ‘Bai de Setubal’, an Interceptor 38 delivered in 2014, which has operated very successfully for the pilots over the last 12 years. Their new pilot boat will be our latest design, the 14m Interceptor 45 pilot, the first of class seen here in construction.
It's exciting to see Safehaven Marine expanding their fleet! I once captained a pilot boat and understand the precision needed in these vessels. Just like navigating Drift Boss, where every move counts, piloting requires sharp decision-making under pressure.
