SAFEHAVEN MARINE SUPPORT THE 1820 FOUNDATION CHARITY FOR THE UK EX ARMED FORCES COMMUNITY

The 1820 Foundation is a Registered Charity and Social Enterprise, which was established to support the ex-Armed Forces community in the UK. They raise funds and awareness through sports events, endurance challenges, and fun events. As part of their Gorilla Ball charity event held in the UK last year Safehaven Marine supported the charity event and offered a run out in our Barracuda’s as part of a ‘Lads weekend in Ireland’ prize. Here are a few photos of the day. We certainly cured their Guinness hangover as it was blowing a gale and conditions were pretty rough!
