New WILDCAT 40 for 2006

This summer will see a number of changes to our Wildcat range. A one piece mould will be cast which will significantly speed up the production process. At the same time the hulls length will be increased to a full moulded 40ft. This will give much greater aft cockpit space on all models in the Wildcat range. In addition we will be offering an under 10m version, which, with the introduction of a blank inserted into the mould allow her to be moulded at various lengths. The increase in W/L length on the 40ft version will give only improvements in the Wildcats already fabulous seakeeping by allowing her to bridge bigger ocean swells.

Performance and powering requirements are expected to be similar to the 36ft hull. The design and GA for the new 40ft 'motor yacht version can be seen below. An Angling / Dive version is also going to be available using the standard Island wheelhouse or an extended version. Below is a picture of the first hull being built, from this a one piece mould will be taken.
